POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Manager, Support Services, the Support Services Administrator is responsible for working closely with internal and external customer to insure all requests are met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBack up to Support Service Coordinator roles and responsibilities. Incoming phone queue, email queue, service order creation, and field service dispatching Dispatch field service engineersReview & Finalize service orders confirming contract compliance and billingService order kickbacks for correction.Facilitates service/customer escalationsService record distributionService call managementField service support for designated service organization.Run, review, and analyze reports as necessary utilizing Microsoft Excel & WordObserve and promote Company standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity.The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (one or more of the following):Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years in a Customer Service role.PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years in a Customer Service role.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task.Must be very detail oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong PC skills, particularly in ExcelSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY NoneWORK ENVIRONMENTThe position is an office-based position.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
