We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 10 years of demonstrated ability in Server Monitoring Storage and Virtualization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a sophisticated environment giving to the companys technological advancements and overall success.

• Supervise and maintain server performance to ensure efficient operation and uptime.
• Implement and lead storage solutions to support business needs and data integrity.
• Use virtualization technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Asset and Wealth Management teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
• Solve and resolve technical issues related to servers storage and virtualization.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
• Be responsible for the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Chip in to disaster recovery planning and implementation to safeguard business continuity.

• Possess strong expertise in server monitoring ensuring systems are running efficiently and securely.
• Have extensive experience in leading and optimizing storage solutions to meet interpersonal requirements.
• Show strength in virtualization technologies to improve resource utilization and system performance.
• Exhibit a proven understanding of Asset and Wealth Management to effectively support related IT infrastructure.
• Show a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving sophisticated technical issues.
• Display superb communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

The annual salary for this position is ($91,000 - $107,000) depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
