Are you a master of commercial operations looking to make a significant impact in the health tech space? Target RWE is searching for a dynamic and visionary Commercial Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our go-to-market efforts across our partnerships and marketing organizations.

As the Commercial Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our commercial success. You'll work closely with our partnerships and marketing teams to develop and implement the systems, processes, and analytics that drive our go-to-market strategy. What You'll Do

  • Optimize Commercial Processes: Develop and implement efficient workflows, tools, and systems to support our partnerships and marketing teams.
  • Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Build and manage reporting and analytics frameworks that provide actionable insights to commercial leadership.
  • Enable Sales Effectiveness: Implement and manage CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and training programs to maximize the productivity of our partnerships team.
  • Support Marketing Operations: Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline campaign management, lead generation, and marketing analytics processes.
  • Manage Revenue Operations: Oversee deal desk operations, pricing strategies, and contract management to optimize revenue generation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Spearhead initiatives that improve collaboration between partnerships, marketing, and other internal teams.
  • Develop KPIs and Dashboards: Create and maintain key performance indicators and executive dashboards to track commercial performance.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine commercial operations to ensure we're always operating at peak efficiency.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an operations master who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Here's what we'd love to see:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in health tech, life sciences, or related fields
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing commercial processes and systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in supporting both partnerships/sales and marketing functions with areas like market intelligence and sales enablement
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic mindset combined with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Total Rewards

The salary estimated for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
