Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Global Workday Solutions Lead to own and optimize its Workday platform, with a focus on Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance modules. Supporting a global user base, this hands-on role combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive system improvements, ensure data integrity, and deliver a seamless HR experience. You'll collaborate across HR, IT, and compliance teams to enhance functionality, support audits, and implement solutions that align with business goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules: Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance.
  • Administer Workday EIBs, integrations, and data loads to improve efficiency and bulk transaction processing.
  • Serve as the owner of the Workday tenant, ensuring optimal system health and performance across global operations.
  • Troubleshoot configuration, business process, and integration issues; implement process improvements where applicable.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, and support of HR applications and workflows.
  • Offer hands-on support to HR users and employees, ensuring smooth transaction completion and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain and monitor Workday security configurations, including intersection security roles.
  • Create and manage calculated fields, condition rules, custom reports, dashboards, and security roles to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support audit and compliance efforts, including SOX audits, and maintain data integrity across all HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation for system processes and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of technical Workday experience with demonstrated expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday security protocols, including intersection security.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
  • Experience designing and configuring multiple Workday modules independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for system optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
  • Candidates should be able to walk, sit, stand, talk, hear, and use standard office equipment. Visual requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Flexibility to perform job responsibilities in different settings may occasionally be required.
