What part will you play?

The Director- Global Consolidated Forecasting is a specialized role focused on leveraging and enhancing the company's available data sources to develop KPIs by which the company will drive the desired financial outcomes. These KPIs and data sources should be the framework by which the company's global forecasts are developed and are utilized to drive accountability for targets across the org. This role will provide senior leadership with critical insights into financial performance, trends, and opportunities while ensuring consistency and accuracy across global operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of corporate finance, a strong background in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics and the ability to drive efficiencies and automation in reporting and forecasting.

What will you be doing?

Financial Planning & Consolidated Forecasting



  • Oversee the corporate financial planning and forecasting process, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze global financial performance and identify trends.
  • Work closely with business units and regional finance teams to consolidate financial plans and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Provide scenario analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making.


Global KPIs & Metrics



  • Define, develop, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess financial and operational performance across global business units.
  • Drive the creation of consistent global financial dashboards to support leadership in data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to establish meaningful KPIs that align with strategic objectives.
  • Continuously improve data integrity, reporting processes, and visualization tools for tracking global performance.
  • Maintain a close partnership with the Business Intelligence team to align key data architecture projects and initiatives to drive improved global reporting
  • Partner with the Global Reporting team on how to best utilize OneStream to optimize all global financial reporting


Team Management:



  • Oversee the selection/recruitment, training, and performance management of the Global Consolidated Forecasting FP&A team.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning and innovation within the team.


Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvements



  • Identify and implement best practices in FP&A, improving financial processes and systems.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance financial analytics, data visualization, and automation in FP&A.
  • Partner with IT and finance teams to optimize the use of financial systems and reporting tools (e.g. Databricks, PowerBI, OneStream, etc).
  • Support M&A analysis and integration from financial planning perspective


What do we require from you?

Education/Certification/License Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Preferred credentials include: MBA, Masters in Accounting or Finance, CPA, CFA.


Working Experience



  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong experience with corporate consolidated reporting and financial forecasting.
  • Proven ability to develop and monitor global KPIs and financial performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience with using data querying languages such as SQL and Python
  • Experience working with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and drive results across cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-aced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data governance and data management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
