Technical Project Manager (Data Management)
12+ month contract (W2 ONLY-NO C-C)
Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Must haves:
At least 4 years recent experience as a Technical PM (Including current job title)
Managed end to end projects, including budgets
SQL experience (able to read and write SQL queries)
Recent experience working on Data Management projects
JIRA & Confluence experience
SCRUM experience
Need to have experience facilitating meetings and discussions with external vendors, project teams and leadership, in order to remove roadblocks or address changes in scope, schedule or budget.
Excellent communication experience (need 10/10 comm skills)
Technical Project Manager
Primary responsibilities of the Technical PM will include managing strategic Data Management projects, identifying and managing resolutions to program issues and risks, facilitating daily scrums and status meetings, managing project schedules and deliverables, identifying roadblocks and addressing changes in scope/budget using Agile methodologies.
This candidate will also be responsible for working closely with the Data Management Line Lead on project timelines and resource requirements.
Manage strategic Data Management projects to increase efficiencies within the Technology, Measurement & Customer Engagement organizations.
Identify, document, resolve, mitigate, and escalate program issues and risks.
Facilitate meetings and discussions with external vendors, project teams and leadership, in order to remove roadblocks or address changes in scope, schedule or budget.
Manage projects using Agile methodologies, facilitate daily Scrum meetings with project team members and facilitate on-going status meetings with other IT teams to ensure timelines are being met and deliverables are as expected.
Communicate and document status and project plans clearly and accurately to both functional and program leadership when required.
Ensure technical solutions are sustainable and follow best practices, working closely with the Data Management Architects and project team members.
Work closely with DM Line Lead on project timelines, detailed deliverables and resource allocations. Escalate project / solution issues to the Data Management Line Lead for quick resolution.
Qualifications
4+ years working as a Technical Project Manager on larger scale projects
4+ years working on Agile projects, including serving as a Scrum Master
SQL experience
Ability to align project tasks and technical solution with the Business Requirements
Strong Meeting Facilitator
Excellent communication skills
Estimated Min Rate: $70.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
