Minimum Education

Functional Accountabilities

• Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and execution of highly complex test automation scripts; lead decisions on reporting, defect summarization, and resolution recommendations.
• Develop and execute complex manual and automated tests using sophisticated tools; report and verify resolutions for critical product functions.
• Develop and enforce advanced standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation in alignment with the organization's quality management system.
• Define quality standards and procedures, recommend new practices, and resolve major outages; drive continuous improvement.
• Keep up with industry developments and ensure products and processes remain compliant with the latest standards.
• Lead the creation and enhancement of procedures and standards; drive improvements through participation in internal and cross-functional code and design reviews.
• Verify product quality by analyzing detailed product and technical artifacts.
• Leverage synthetic data for testing and ensure seamless integration of the automated test suite with the CI/CD platform.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project data and personal status updates to hospital leadership
• Mentor senior developers and provide strategic guidance across teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain compliance with all policies and standards.
