Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect and test equipment to diagnose problem(s) Perform preventative maintenance on AGV, GIA and Robotic Palletizer equipment Disassemble defective equipment to find root cause Install new or refurbished part(s) Repair or replace components for hydraulic, pneumatic equipment Record repairs made and inventory used Clean and lubricate moving components of equipment Performs checks on machines according to Preventative Maintenance Schedule Must report all Food Safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or designated replacement Must be comfortable to work indoor/outdoor, cold/warm environments, crawl spaces and elevated areas Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Excellent Math and Reading skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Previous maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, other quality guidelines Must report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs Ability to spend long periods of time standing Schedule: Night Shift 6:00pm to 6:00am Monday - Friday, with alternating weekends Benefits: Medical - Prescription Drug - Dental - Vision Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Disability, life and voluntary insurance Employee Assistance Program Profit Sharing Internal Career Opportunities If you are interested in this position you can apply by filling out an application in UKG/Ultipro, you must use the desktop website, not the mobile app. Talk with your local HR representative for any questions.
