Description

Markon's partner company is seeking an experienced software dev to support an Intelligence Customer.



Responsibilities

    Design, develop, test, and deploy Windows-based software solutions using .NET, VD.NET, and C#.
  • Leverage Azure cloud services, data warehousing techniques, and relational databases to build scalable, secure applications.
  • Integrate and support geospatial solutions using ArcGIS.
  • Work closely with Agile teams to iteratively develop features and deliver enhancements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more areas of the software development or deployment lifecycle.
  • Apply knowledge of internet protocols and secure communication methods in application design.
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Maintain and grow technical certifications relevant to the role.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on full-stack Windows application development experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET, VD.NET, C#, Azure, and relational databases.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ArcGIS integration.
  • Strong understanding of internet protocols and secure communications.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, etc.).
  • Experience in secure software development within federal or defense environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.


Salary Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
