Central Maintenance Supervisor
PEMEX Deer Park is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas, working across the entire value chain: exploration, production, industrial processing/refining, logistics, and marketing. The refinery’s rated capacity is 340,000 barrels per day, and it has the feed flexibility to process multiple grades of crudes to produce the high-quality transportation fuels the world needs. The Pemex site is co-located with three other 3rd party chemical facilities, allowing for further integration and optimization of the refinery and its products. Pemex Deer Park provides a diverse and inclusive work environment that employs approximately 1000 employees, with another 1200 contractors on site. As the Central Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of 6 direct reports, including Maintenance Team Leads and a Lifting Specialist, within the Central Maintenance organization at the Pemex Deer Park Refinery. You will oversee and coordinate efforts supported by 25+ Pemex crafts and 100+ contractor support crafts. As a key member of the Maintenance Leadership team, you will collaborate to establish consistent direction and best practices across six Maintenance areas. You will rely on strong leadership, adaptability, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive performance and alignment within this dynamic and complex environment.
