This position is responsible for supervising and guiding radiation therapy staff, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment delivery under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist. This role includes assigning and reviewing work, monitoring productivity, managing staffing levels, and addressing complex treatment issues. Additionally, assists with HR functions such as hiring, staff development, and resolving employee concerns. Supports policy interpretation and procedural updates while collaborating with leadership to maintain high-quality patient care and workflow efficiency. As a successful candidate, you will:
