Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Delivery Coordinator with experience in the oil and gas, energy sector. Specifically experience in midstream, refining and pipeline to support project planning, execution, and coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will assist project delivery leadership, ensuring that critical tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.
  • Assist project delivery leadership move initiatives forward that include process improvement, less learned, technical peer reviews, compliance, etc.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Track initiative progress and work closely with management to provide support with continuing steps.
  • Maintain documentation, including reports, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, project teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning for projects.
  • Ability to perform technical writing as needed for processes, standards, etc.
  • Experience with supporting proposals, including collaboration and data collection from engineering sources.
  • Skilled in putting presentations together.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes documentation.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
  • Monitor cost tracking and assist in budget management.

What you will bring

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project coordination within the oil and gas energy sector, including refining and pipeline industry, experience in an engineering firm or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Understanding on project delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities.


Additional Information:



  • Salary: $105,341 - $154,913 annually commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: eligible for PTO, 401k, medical, vision, dental, etc.
  • This position is based in Englewood / Denver CO.



Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:



  • 2- or 4-year Technical Degree, Engineering Degree, Project Management, or a related field.


Preferred:



  • Experience with Visio a plus.
