Customer Service / Sales Representative Sterling, VA Pay From: $40,000 per year MUST: Experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative 1 year of Sales experience 1 Year of Customer Service Experience Experience with CRM Tools DUTIES: Engage with prospective customers through Inbound and Outbound call campaigns. Lead by example in meeting or surpassing weekly sales quotas, setting a high standard for performance within the team and the office. Track and input all new and existing client information to ensure all personal information is up to date on the CRM tools. Answer calls promptly and professionally, providing customers with the right product and service information to close potential sales. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently based at the request of the customer using our CRM tool. Collaborate with the technicians to ensure seamless delivery of customer experience.
