This HR Services Representative will:
  • Serve as a resource to managers, employees, new hires, Associated Personnel (AP), and Medical Staff for on boarding and health screening needs.
  • Facilitate scheduling of appointments and ensure that appropriate documentation is prepared and maintained, including completion of forms.
  • Conduct pre-employment meetings with new hires, collects and assembles new hire data, and transact new hire data entry in appropriate system.
  • Administer workflow of AP SharePoint application, ensuring integrity of data submissions by department administrators; respond to questions about processing status and transact AP data entry in PeopleSoft. Maintain metrics for services provided.
  • Act as subject matter expert to HR Service Center for proper responses to inquiries by phone, in person, or by email regarding AP and medical staff HR activity.
  • Maintain employee and AP records/files according to HR records retention policies and practices.
  • Maintain medical documentation and conduct processes associated with worker's compensation, fit testing, records management, and compliance.
  • Coordinate front desk operations or telephone support.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Associate's degree and at least one year of experience in an office setting.
  • Bachelor's degree and experience in a Medical or HR setting preferred.
  • Experience with data entry and coordinating high-volume administrative processes.
  • Strong customer service skills, which includes the ability to interact professionally and handle sensitive information/issues in a confidential and respectful manner.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels, effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
