Job Overview:

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative with a hunter mentality to manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and supporting onboarding. You'll work directly with financial institutions to introduce and sell our ATM engagement solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
  • Lead the entire sales process: discovery, needs analysis, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to educate prospects on our ATM media solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
  • Track all sales activity on weekly pipeline report
  • Contribute to sales strategy, provide feedback from the field, and help shape our approach to the financial services space.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and evolving advertising technologies.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle sales or business development experience-preferably in B2B, financial services, fintech, or media/advertising.
  • A true hunter mentality-someone who thrives on prospecting, cold outreach, and building a book of business from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated success in securing new business within non-traditional media spaces (experience with ATMs, kiosks, or similar a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-starter who is results-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach/Salesloft.
  • 5 + Years of prior success in a full sales cycle role with a focus on outbound sales and new business development.
  • Experience working with digital and signage-based advertising at high-traffic locations like ATMs.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required for client meetings, industry events, and site visits to ATM locations.
