THE JOB:

Step into a key leadership role at one of the most iconic hospitality brands in the world. As a Front Desk Shift Manager, you will support the Senior Hotel Manager in guiding and inspiring the Front Desk team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences - all while driving both operational success and financial performance, managing labor and ensuring efficiency without ever compromising service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to bring hotel strategy plans to life

• Help lead the roll-out of policies, procedures, training, schedules, and team guidelines for the Front Desk

• Support team engagement by coaching, training, recognizing achievements, and helping employees grow

• Lead the team in delivering excellent guest experiences, in line with company service standards

• Take part in hiring, training, supervising, and supporting Front Desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience.

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment.

• Computer proficiency
