THE JOB:

As a Lost & Found Clerk, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.00 an hour

THE SCHEDULE: Day Shift | Full Time

• Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Tuesday, Friday, & Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Creating, maintaining, and updating accurate records of all Lost & Found items
• Operating office equipment, including printers and fax machines
• Responding to calls and inquiries related to Lost & Found
• Coordinate vendor badging processes and manage shipping and receiving activities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Exhibits at least 6 months of prior experience in administrative or office-related work
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Possesses basic computer knowledge
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has experience handling guest complaints/issues
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
