Marketing Asset Specialist Summary We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Asset Specialist to manage the global lifecycle of marketing assets across digital platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely delivery, localization, and distribution of video marketing materials for original content. You'll work within a dynamic and innovative environment, collaborating with creative, marketing, and technical teams to drive a seamless experience for global audiences. Our Ideal Candidate 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in a studio, streaming platform, or creative agency Proven passion for digital content and marketing with a strong foundation in asset management workflows Proficient in project management tools and familiar with digital asset management systems and localization pipelines Familiar with large-scale video production workflows and cross-functional collaboration Skilled in partnering with internal teams and external vendors to manage complex, deadline-driven projects Able to work independently and manage multiple time-sensitive projects across global timelines Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and workflows in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience reporting to stakeholders and leadership A confident, proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Job Description In this role, you will manage the day-to-day workflow of marketing assets from source to final global delivery. You will also contribute to workflow improvements, asset analysis, and reporting while supporting the team's larger goal of delivering a premium digital experience across global platforms. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in marketing operations or content production Background in entertainment marketing, creative operations, or digital content management Experience working with internal creative teams and third-party vendors across global campaigns Please include a resume and any relevant portfolio or workflow documentation samples This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (3 days/week on site) The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $48 - 52.80 per hour This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
