AGE Solutions is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. The SharePoint Administrator will maintain all NIPRNet and SIPRNET SharePoint sites owned and managed by RE4 to include updating the division and branch descriptions, mission statements, organization charts, official photos, business information, and site organization.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Administer RE4 SharePoint Sites (NIPRNet and SIPRNet):

    • Serve as the primary administrator for all RE4-managed SharePoint sites across both NIPRNet and SIPRNet environments. Ensure platform integrity, security, and usability in accordance with organizational and Government standards.


  • Manage Content and Site Structure:

    • Update and maintain site content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current organizational priorities. This includes:
    • Division and branch descriptions
    • Mission and vision statements
    • Official organization charts
    • Leadership and staff photos
    • Key business and operational information
    • Navigation, layout, and overall site architecture


  • Perform Quarterly Content Reviews and Updates:

    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of site content on a quarterly basis to ensure information remains current and compliant. Execute all updates proactively within the designated quarterly schedule.


  • Respond to Government Requests in a Timely Manner:

    • Complete updates or changes requested by Government stakeholders within two (2) weeks of receipt, ensuring responsiveness and a high level of customer service.


  • Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders:

    • Liaise with division and branch leadership, content owners, and technical teams to gather necessary data, validate information, and implement updates accurately.


  • Ensure Compliance with Security and Information Governance Standards:

    • Maintain strict compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), agency, and RE4 security policies, especially when managing content on SIPRNet environments.
    • Adhere to data classification, access control, and operational security (OPSEC) standards.




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Security+ CE Certification
  • SharePoint Certification


Preferred:



  • Prior experience as a knowledge manager or SharePoint administrator


Work Environment / Physical Demand:



  • Lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Sitting at a computer during work hours


Compensation: $95,000 - $109,000
