AGE Solutions is looking for a Lead Scheduler to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this role, you'll support the RE5 Assessments travel schedule by assigning resources to assessments within the automated travel scheduling tool (commonly referred to as TRIPS) provided by the Government. Responsibilities Include:
- Assign technical resources at least 15 business days before CONUS visits and 45 business days before OCONUS visits
- Notify Government Scheduling 10 business days before a visit if contractor resources are unavailable and report unfilled slots
- Submit DD Form 2875s to facility POCs 10 business days before CONUS visits and 30 business days before OCONUS visits
- Conduct weekly scheduling meetings to review assessor schedules and gaps with Government schedulers and leadership
- Submit TRIPS visit requests for ACP assessors attending SRR classes
- Provide a weekly Travel Schedule Status report, identifying trip modifications and scheduling discrepancies
- Coordinate TRIPS communications with the Government Scheduler
- Participate in scheduling tool enhancement meetings to define reporting needs
- Maintain assessor technical expertise records via the Training Management System/ACP websites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Seven (7) years of overall experience in DoD or Federal IT environments
- Have an active DoD Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification
- Demonstrates successful track record for delivering large/complex projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrates successful level experience with the planning, coordinating, scheduling, resourcing, tracking, documenting, executing, and analyzing audits and inspections within an organization.
- Demonstrates experience with communicating and coordinating at a functional and senior Government level.
- Demonstrates experience with data analysis and developing work products to enable Government decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with the development and execution of knowledge management best practices and the automation of knowledge management frameworks to enhance processes and procedures related to the management of a project.
- Demonstrates experience with the development and coordination of guidance and work products related to issues tracking management, plan of actions and milestones, and ensuring transparency of vulnerabilities within an organization.
Compensation: $170,000 - $190,000
