If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into technical challenges, this is the place for you. We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the capabilities required to meet organizational goals and objectives. You will document these requirements and user stories in a way that can be easily leveraged for solution design, build, and operation, ensuring that the resulting developed solutions ultimately meet the business needs. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert ("SME") for software applications and the business processes that surround them. This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
