Job Overview

Provide support and back up to field sales and customers on product needs. Be the first point of contact for customers. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Research and resolve Accounts Receivable issues, investigate and resolve issues related to return goods, credits, and warranties.

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by:



  • Manage assigned accounts or territories with the objective of providing outstanding service.
  • Coordinate resolution of customer issues, warranty replacements, returned goods, and any discrepancies including resolving credit and accounts receivable issues.
  • Own the pre and post-order process to ensure contractual requirements are met and to ensure accuracy
  • Identify and grow opportunities within your account base and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

What will help you thrive in this role?

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

* 2-3 years in a customer service role

* Ability to prioritize and multitask

* Strong critical thinking skills Basic Microsoft Office, e-mail, and other PC application skills

* Must be able to effectively interpret and communicate information from ERP system

* Familiarity with SAP preferred; familiarity with OnBase order management system is a plus

* Basic technical aptitude and attention to detail

Professional etiquette, including empathy and active listening; internally and externally in both verbal and written communication

* Positive and professional demeanor

* Sense of urgency; meeting of deadlines
