Your Experience:

• Experience across public clouds is mandatory (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake) is mandatory
• Deploying or hosting large models using frameworks like vLLM, TGI, Ray, or BentoML
• Fine-tuning or training LLMs / vision models (SLMs, VLMs, etc.)
• Experience building with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Experience working with prompt engineering and agentic frameworks (e.g., MetaGPT, AutoGPT)
• Hands-on and comfortable with quick prototyping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and open to new ways of learning
• Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Process oriented with the ability to define and set up processes
• Curious, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Enjoys solving real-world problems without over-engineering
• Curious about new tools and open-source developments
• Can work independently and communicate clearly
• Flexible - comfortable working on internal initiatives and client support

The pay range: $123,000-153,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
