RE4 Policy SME

AGE Solutions is looking for a RE4 Policy SME to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this role, you'll work in support of the Risk Adjudication and Connection Division, which supports the Warfighter and MPs by approving connections for ISs, networks, and cloud services authorized to operate in the DoDIN. You will support the reduction of risk to the DISN by providing risk management community jury decisions and approving connections to the DISN transport with complete validation of A&A decisions under the RMF. You will provide analysis and assessment of current and new IA/Cybersecurity policies as they apply to the DISN.

Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.

Responsibilities Include:

• Translate and articulate new requirements for risk adjudication and connection processes, understanding the risk associated with those new requirements.
• Provide policy expertise to ensure RE4 SOPs, guides, and other documentation are congruent with Federal, DoD, IC, and Agency policy guidance. Policy SME shall integrate additional DISN services, future capabilities (i.e. Enterprise Cloud Services, RMF, etc.), and connection processes into RE4 processes and documentation.
• Develop and update briefings, white papers, CONOPS, Contingency Operations Plans, and other documents to support RE4 mission functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
• Ten (10) years of overall experience in relevant field
• Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level III certification
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy
• Demonstrate the ability to translate and articulate IA policies and capable of interpreting new requirements for connection processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide policy expertise to ensure RE4 standard operating procedures (SOPs), guides, and other documentation are congruent with Federal, DoD, IC, and Agency policy guidance.
• Demonstrate the ability to integrate additional DISN services, future capabilities (i.e. Enterprise Cloud Services, RMF, etc.), and connection processes into RE4 processes and documentation.

Compensation: $160,000 - $170,000
