BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Lead Business Systems Analyst on the Service Transformation team you'll be responsible for partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems, company and industry requirements. This role designs and documents business requirements for use cases which solve customer issues in new ways and simplify, personalize and enhance the customer experience.
