Primary Purpose of the Position |
Adjunct faculty are an integral part of the Master of Business Administration (
MBA) program. They provide an opportunity to hire experienced business professionals who bring their practical experiences into the classrooms. They focus mainly on excellence in instructions and practical applications. They offer cutting edge curriculum that helps the program to meet its mission, vision, and objectives. Adjunct faculty are critical to the implementation of the curriculum and development of students in meeting learning outcomes. |

- Adequately prepare all course materials and lessons.
- Provide students with clear course expectations, evaluations, timelines, and an approved syllabus.
- Provide engaging and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes.
- Suitably challenge, engage, serve, and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining mutual value and respect.
- Complete grade books, mid-term and final grade submission, learning assessments, and final exam assessments on time.
- Respond to student questions on a timely basis.
- Ensure course and program learning outcomes are delivered as defined in the syllabus.
