About The Job

The Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly aspect of all hose assemblies with GENSA production facility. This role will cover all aspects of building the assembly (un-crating, cutting, skiving, swaging, crimping, testing, packaging, and etc.). Overtime eligible, will be placed on an on call rotation.

About You

* Must be able to assemble product per customer requirements/specs and prepare it for final QA/QC inspection- this can include un-crating product, cutting product to required length, skiving raw hose, swaging/crimping, hydrostatic testing the assembly, cleaning the assembly, packaging the assembly into final shipping container, and other functions as needed.

* Read and build pick ticket (BOM - bill of material) to work order - cross reference all materials prior to build.

* Assist QA/QC technician in final inspection

* Ability to war all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment

* Ability to work independently or in a team

* Takes initiative and is self-motivated

* High School Diploma or GED

* Previous Gas/Oil experience preferred

* Previous Flexible Hose Assembly experience preferred
