Roles/Responsibilities

* Setup Test Governance, Operating Model and Demand Management process

* Liaising all communications between Testing Center, Demand Management and Test Governance.

* Co-ordinate with Offshore Test Manager to implement Process, People and Automation Transformation across projects

* Managing communications with project stakeholders for all test deliverables

* Understand testing requirements and provide workstream-based QA demand pipeline

* Create & Report on QA metrics and progress to QA Governance office and stakeholders.

* Execute the projects through Test Center, managing communications with project stakeholders through all testing phases and deliverables

* Participate in program / project planning & scoping, test planning activities, review/sign-off of major deliverables and oversee the delivery of multiple testing projects, providing support for the Project Manager in resolving any issues or conflicts.

Required Qualifications

Skill set - Test Manager, Agile, Azure Dev Ops knowledge.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 71,100- $ 112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
