AGE Solutions is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager who specializes in Endpoint Security Systems in both classified and unclassified environments. The candidate will serve as a single management point of contact between the Government customer, the contract team, and AGE Solutions' senior leadership team. Candidate will provide sustainment activities to include application administration, maintenance, and operational support for the program; performance monitoring and improvement; deployment and configuration compliance with DoD directives; back-up and disaster recovery; and integration with Computer Network Defense (CND) tools and processes.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Manage all day-to-day operations for a large-scale LAN environment with the assistance of the regional leads ensuring the program stays within cost, schedule, and scope constraints.
  • Provide sustainment activities to include application administration, maintenance, and operational support for the program; performance monitoring and improvement; deployment and configuration compliance with DoD directives; back-up and disaster recovery; and integration with Computer Network Defense (CND) tools and processes.
  • Provide the leadership, management, direction, administration, clerical support, documentation, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present an executive overview describing how to manage scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Single point of contact for interfacing with Government management personnel, developing/enforcing work standards, and communicating Government policies, purposes, and goals to the team.
  • Track ESS projects, POAMs, change requests, and scheduled maintenance services with project staff and report to program leadership.
  • Manage project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet government schedules.
  • Communicate daily with DLA Project Managers, Points of Contact and regional leads.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated master project schedule.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to include status reports, 8570/8140 compliance, staffing plans, CAC reports, design drawings / redlines, trip reports, travel requests, etc.
  • Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides, ad hoc slides for DLA management, and attend required meetings.
  • Provide human resources support to include personnel actions (staffing, disciplinary, etc.), mentorship, training, resolve issues/concerns, create personnel schedules, review work discrepancies, subcontractor evaluations, recognition of excellent performance, and complete quarterly/annual evaluations.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to operations to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and/or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC)
  • Review and approve technical solutions and provide staff recommendations for improvement.
  • Review subcontracts, modifications, and other contractual documentation providing assessments and recommendations to management.
  • Lead hiring activities to include creation of job requisitions, review of resumes, conduct interviews, and complete onboarding activities.
  • Develop and update the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP).
  • Provide AGE leadership with weekly and monthly status updates on program performance.
  • Develop and submit management plans, reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Establish and maintain a Communications Plan, communicating consistently with stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Proactively identify and address risks/issues and communicate those issue to AGE management and/or government management as appropriate.
  • Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.


Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Experience:



  • Demonstrated leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity
  • Six (6) years general IT experience
  • Six years (6) cybersecurity experience


Clearance:



  • Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance, and be eligible for an IT-II


Certifications:



  • Must possess certification for 8570 IAT level III
  • Must possess a PMP or equivalent
  • Computing Environment Certification: Microsoft Defender, HBSS Administrator, HBSS Advanced


Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000

Environment / Physical Demand:



  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs above your head
  • Ability to bend and crawl on hands and knees to trace cables and install equipment into racks.
