AGE Solutions is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert who specializes in Endpoint Security Systems in both classified and unclassified environments to lead our program team. The selected candidate will provide sustainment activities to include application administration, maintenance, and operational support for the program; performance monitoring and improvement; deployment and configuration compliance with DoD directives; back-up and disaster recovery; and integration with Computer Network Defense (CND) tools and processes. Responsibilities Include: Provide technical expertise for the research and analysis of complex problems and related processes and the development of new principles, concepts, and methodologies in the area of cybersecurity and evaluations. Serve as cybersecurity assessment technical expert providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives to complex problems. Provide enterprise application management, including account administration/ ESS User Access Controls; architecture and schema creation, configuration, and maintenance; and policy creation/coordination. Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts to resolve cybersecurity issues. Provide highly innovative and ingenious solutions to complex technical problems. Recommend cybersecurity software tools and assist in the development of software tool requirements and selection criteria. Prepare training materials to assist in the transition of procedures and policies for ESS to government system administrators, information assurance personnel, and incident response teams. Develop product specific STIGs from applicable DISA SRGs. Take initiative, determine, and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Develop advanced technological ideas, develop solutions, and recommend solutions to Agency leadership. Develop and document standards and guides for the implementation of new and emerging IA solutions including but not limited to compliance, system security design, security testing and IA assessments of ESS requirements, configurations, and architecture. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Experience: Seven (7) years IT experience Five (5) years IA experience Clearance: Required to possess a DOD SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-II upon assignment. Certifications: DOD DoDD 8140 IAT level III certification (one of the following): CISA, GCIH, CISSP (or Associate), CASP.
