Technical Expertise We Value: * Alarm Systems: DMP 734 Module based (Digital Monitoring Products), Bosch, Honeywell * CCTV: Verint IP Cameras, Digital Watchdog, Open Eye, March, Clinton While programming skills are a plus, they are not a requirement. Our internal support team can handle programming, but troubleshooting knowledge is beneficial. What to Expect: * Service Area: You will be traveling within a 2/3 hour radius of your home address. While we try to limit longer travel, customer needs may occasionally require it. * Working Hours: Bank hours (9-5, M-F) with some flexibility for travel. The longest days might involve leaving at 7 am and returning by 6 pm. * Voluntary Weekend Work: Extra work on weekends is available but not mandatory. Skills and Qualifications: * Top Skills: Alarm systems, CCTV, Install, Access control * Additional Skills: Cable, Troubleshooting, Service You will be part of a remote team based out of our Madison, AL office. Onboarding includes a week of training at the Madison office, where you will meet VPs, Project Coordinators, and Warehouse staff. You will also receive in-field training paired with a lead tech for 4-8 weeks.
