Responsibilities Facility Tech provides repair, service, and operational reliability of utilities and/or equipment required to meet the needs of the facility. Said skills shall be performed with minimal instruction as determined by his immediate supervisor. The Facility Tech II should be able to troubleshoot and repair moderate problems with plumbing, lighting, room temperature, tube system, fire alarm, and energy management systems as determined by his immediate supervisor. Qualifications Job Requirements: Valid Texas driver's License Preferred Job Requirements: Minimum of one year of previous experience in related equipment and/or building maintenance. In addition. 2+ years' experience at BSA or comparable in-house service. Licensure in a specialty field may be substituted for other experience at the discretion of the supervisor. High school diploma or GED Willingness to be available for training classes
