Job Overview:


The Ingersoll Rand Treasury Team is seeking a treasury manager to support the Assistant Treasurer with global foreign exchange risk management initiatives, cash management / forecasting, bank account management, M&A integration, trade finance, and monthly departmental reporting. This role interacts with other areas of treasury, corporate and technical accounting, tax, legal, audit, business development and banking partners. This critical position offers exposure and visibility to senior management.

Responsibilities:






  • Oversee global FX risk management initiatives including the measurement of global balance sheet FX exposures, development of FX hedging strategy, and FX hedging program execution



  • Partner with global business teams to evaluate FX exposures, standardize exposure reporting / metrics, and communicate FX results to IR leadership



  • Execute FX hedging strategy and manage FX settlement processes including intercompany FX netting



  • Lead Americas M&A integration processes including pre-close funding and post-close integration



  • Support day-to-day cash management, investments, banking, and trade finance initiatives



  • Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.






Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.



  • 5+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience or similar role, preferably within a multinational corporation



  • 2+ years experience managing FX at a company with an established hedging program



  • Experience with treasury/financial management systems, such as Kyriba and Bloomberg



  • Strong data analysis capabilities including extensive experience building financial models



  • Limited/infrequent travel may be required
