Description eCommerce team is looking to bring in 2 mid level designers, along with a more advanced-level designer. These individuals will focus on designing 3 of 4 stages in their process; Explore, Shop and Booking. Candidates must have visually appealing designs on their portfolio. Candidates may have to report to office during the week, but with advanced notice. Local talent preferred, but will consider true remote candidates. Designer will design and have to explain the work and why they made changes/created something new. Proven experience in designing and implementing chat and messaging applications into mobile native apps * Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions * Obsessive attention to detail * Excellent written communication & documentation skills * Anticipates issues at a macro and micro level simultaneously * High organization and efficiency working with multiple projects to meet tight deadlines - You can bundle up both big ideas and micro details into a neat little package, presenting them to stakeholders and partners with clarity and vision * You create an emotional connection between our brand and our guests by making beautiful and thoughtfully crafted experiences with delightful interactions Skills Ux design, Visual design, Sketch, Ui design, figma, Wireframe, Production design Top Skills Details * Ux design,Visual design,Sketch,Ui design,figma * At least 7 years of experience in ux/ui design * e-commerce & checkout experience is required Additional Skills & Qualifications collaboration, knowledge of design systems, communication skills with team members and stakeholders. Must be flexible and adaptive, able to think on the fly and roll with the changes. Open to feedback and constructive criticism Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
