As the Rental Coordination Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless operations, promoting safety, and leading a team of Rental Coordinators to success. This role combines leadership, customer engagement, and operational excellence to create a thriving environment. Job Duties: Prioritize safety and maintain a safe work environment for the team. Lead, mentor, and develop Rental Coordinators, providing timely feedback and overseeing new hire onboarding. Actively participate in rental coordinator duties as needed. Enhance the customer experience by recommending suitable equipment, managing rental agreements, explaining invoices, and overseeing the crediting and rebill process. Drive sales at the rental counter, identify opportunities, resolve customer issues, and support sales promotions. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly checks of the location and rental coordinators. Foster strong relationships with internal departments for seamless rental counter operations. Support and contribute to achieving rental goals. Manage showroom and equipment presentation, ensuring a clean and organized environment. Assist in demand management for the rental fleet. Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations. Our Ideal Candidate: Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Office 365). Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and manage employees. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer relations skills.
