The Engineering COO Office's Portfolio, Strategy, and Management (PSM) Pillar partners with engineering teams across the firm to drive strategic execution of engineering priorities. Our team is responsible for designing and implementing governance mechanisms (i.e., Working Backwards), technology solutions, and best practices that will support the firm's engineering strategic themes to further enhance clients' experience and the firm's operational efficiency. ABOUT THE JOB As a Product Manager, you will be an experienced and seasoned PM, working cross-functionally to guide the PSM suite of products from conception through launch, growth, rearchitecture, and maturity by connecting the technical and business worlds to meet our customers at their needs. You will work backwards from the client to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and release adopting the principals of growth from MVP. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of technical programs, including end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, and tasked with employing every phase in the program's life cycle to deliver them in a successful and timely manner. This role offers a high-profile opportunity to lead both products and projects which involve partnership with multiple businesses within the firm as well as engineering leadership.
