Short Intro and About the Job

The Sr./Marketing Analyst will work with the Brand Management teams supporting multiple brands to deliver business value on Marketing related activities, through process execution and optimization. The responsibilities of the role will include consumer data analysis, reporting, budget and payments, project management, input of information into data systems, and support to brand teams with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual who can execute a long-term strategy while simultaneously supporting ad-hoc requests in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. They will be data curious, pay attention to details and the team member will be responsible delivering data-driven insights to the business, not being afraid to ask great questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance. This role is part of a rotation program with the first assignment being Yogurt and can be based in either of our HQ locations: Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. In this role, you will be accountable for:

* Analyzing and synthesizing consumer and customer data. Building recommendations for brand growth (leverage syndicated data, shipment reports, consumer data, market research, etc.) with guidance and input from manager.

* Managing brand budget and payments - accurately planning and tracking brand A&P spending, conducting ad-hoc analysis of budget risks & opportunities (R&O), & ensuring cross functional communication related to budget process: finance, external agencies, etc.; creation and management or purchase orders

* Leading cross functional teams on specific projects - i.e. packaging changes, sales material development

The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year commensurate with experience. About You

    BA/BS required, preferably in Marketing
  • 1-4 years of brand management or marketing experience required
  • Food and Beverage CPG experience preferred
  • Must reside in the NY or Denver Metro area
