Distribution Clerk- Week Night

Join our dynamic Logistics Team as a Distribution Clerk and be part of something BIG! As we transition into a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse, we're seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to help manage our inventory and keep operations running like clockwork.

With our Monday-Thursday night shift, you'll enjoy a 4-day workweek and a 3-day weekend every week! If you're passionate about precision and organization, this is your chance to grow with a leading company while enjoying more time for yourself.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process incoming shipment documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Update inventory records in our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep things running seamlessly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Update order statuses and inventory in WMS to keep everything up-to-date.
• Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Generate reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager as needed

Requirements:

• Previous clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder WMS or similar systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
