We are seeking a Nozzle Assembly technician (Level 3) to join our team. As a Nozzle Assembler level 1 you will be performing testing procedures according to information available in the Nozzle and LaVision databases. Test the nozzles produced according to the prescribed sampling plan. Pick materials according to BOM. Braze nozzle into adapters utilizing appropriate flux and rods to ensure adherence. Micro-sandblast parts to specified finish requirements. Operate the pin stamper engraver and laser engraver so each nozzle can be identified. Clean and inspect nozzles for any debris, print labels and package. This role requires an elevated level of attention to detail to ensure quality production and reliability in attendance to ensure our on-time delivery to our customers stays at a world-class level.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Flow and pattern test product according to design specifications, sampling plan and other process variables.* Engrave identification onto nozzles using a variety of equipment* Clean, Pack and Label product according to instructions* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.* Cross-train to on other equipment as needed.* Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

* Follow established work instructions and procedures to ensure quality prod- uct.* Previous 2-3 years in a manufacturing operating role* Previous small parts assembly work* Induction heat-treat brazing operations experience is required

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication and intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail.
  • Pin stamp engraver and laser engraving skills a plus.
  • Inspection skills using pre-programed test bench equipment (LaVision and other water flow testers) a plus.
  • Previous work in small parts assembly shop
  • Experience in silver-smithing occupations a plus
