Job Description
The Opportunity: Under the oversight of the Director of Procurement Services, this position will work in partnership with the Procurement team to meet the daily needs of the University by identifying pending contracts addressing areas of spend that would benefit from strategic sourcing. This position owns contract maintenance and support to the university's internal stakeholders, including compliance, review, analysis, and recommendations for appropriate changes to various agreements. This role will recommend, process and manage the University solicitations and contracts in Workday Strategic Sourcing. Duties include projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. The Contract Administrator will ensure compliance to contractual changes and/or updates based on university policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of contract management, strategic analysis, negotiation, and cost management with increasing level of financial responsibility.
