Description Accurately prepare and process real time data including but not limited to maintaining driver activities in computer systems, driver hours of service, fuel inquiries and other required items. Responsible to update driver and dispatch information into dispatch system real time. Respond to customer issues, may include but not limited to looking up information, completing reports and updating orders, recording necessary information and responding to emails. Effectively communicate with operations on a regular and timely basis regarding issues impacting the customer and/or their service expectations and commitments. Record and maintain an updated computer log of incidences. Manage administrative and customer service responsibilities. Assist operations team members and drivers with training and resource material for standard operational processes and procedures as necessary. Perform other job related duties and special projects as required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
