SUMMARY

Our corporate Sales and Marketing Team is seeking Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for Operating Group support in the areas of digital marketing strategies, external website support, and management and creation of social media content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website management



  • Work with the OG marketing teams to ensure quality content and maintain website best practices
  • Complete daily workflow approvals and uphold brand and digital standards for website publishing
  • Regularly audit webpages for updates and improvements
  • Assist in the creation of landing and core pages on the company website
  • Conduct Sitecore training on how to use the platform and digital best practices
  • Maintain content best practices both from a UX and technical perspective


Social Media Management



  • Monitor corporate and OG social media accounts
  • Publish relevant, brand cohesive content
  • Advise OG marketing teams on corporate social brand strategy
  • Guide OG leadership and customer-facing team members on increasing their social media activity
  • Manage social media campaigns surrounding industry events (ex. WIC Week) to ensure a strong brand presence
  • Ongoing measurement of social media posts, including but not limited to content and brand training, training for social scheduling, and ongoing guidance in content creation


Digital Campaign Management and Analytics



  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the development and creation of digital campaign strategies
  • Manage and create digital marketing campaign assets including email content creation and execution, paid social media, organic social media, and landing pages
  • Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational level


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies, Marketing, Technical & Scientific Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in marketing, with at least three (3) years in digital marketing
  • Minimum of five (5) years of enterprise CMS management experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong web content management system (CMS) knowledge
  • Understanding of PPC, SEO, and SEM
  • Knowledge of media editing software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Marketing automation or working knowledge of email best practices
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
  • Can-do approach and responsive to internal customer needs
  • Adaptive, effective communication and interpersonal skills with those of diverse organizational levels and backgrounds
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to stay on top of digital trends and research new technologies
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience
  • Experience in a professional services industry (versus product companies)
  • Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles
  • Understanding of A/B testing

The base pay range for this role is $101,200 - $151,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
