The Regional Director of Plant Operations provides leadership to the Director of Plant Operations and plant operations teams across multiple Lifespace communities and reports to the National Director of Plant Ops & Engineering.

A few details about the role:

• Oversee plant operations across multiple communities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with Lifespace mission and vision.
• Provide leadership and direction to community-level plant operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute strategic and annual plans to align with Lifespace vision, tracking progress and ensuring measurable results.
• Identify and implement best practices for preventive maintenance, safety, unit turn overs, timely completion of work orders, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure resident satisfaction through proactive maintenance strategies, high-quality service standards, and responsive customer service initiatives.
• Lead renovation and capital improvement projects, enhancing the living environments within Lifespace communities.

• Evaluate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

• Prepare, manage, and forecast operational and capital budgets, ensuring responsible cost control, inventory management, and financial accountability.

• Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring team members understand and adhere to workplace safety regulations.

• Travel to multiple communities in multiple states with such frequency to meet the job requirements.
• Respond onsite as needed during emergencies or natural disasters.

And here's what you need to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience working as a Plant Ops Director in a CCRC environment.
• 3 years' experience working as a Regional Plant Ops Director within a CCRC environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record as per insurance mandates.
