Title: Administrative Coordinator

Duration: 6+ Months

Shift: Part-Time ; Monday- Friday ; 25 hours/ week

Mode: Onsite

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45214

Job Description:

  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files.
  • Communicate with CMHA's departments via email and telephone:
  • Direct incoming email communications as requested.
  • Review attorney's weekly calendars and provide necessary updates.
  • Manage incoming document requests for department.
  • Handle and distribute incoming emails as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Required Skills:

  • Associate's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
