*Description*
-Preferably we would like folks local to the Columbus, OH area -hybrid shift, 3 days in office per week -Core business hours M-F (7a-4p or 8a-5p EDT). * Gather, record, and perform initial troubleshooting on customer technical issues via phone support. * Handle tickets coming in through the self-service portal and answer incoming chat requests. * Manage personal ticket load and ensure timely resolution. * Stay current with all products and services by attending trainings, meetings, and reading all provided documentation. - Customer service is key. - contact center or anywhere they did phone/email support is a plus. - Familiarity using ticketing system.. Ex: share well, ServiceNow, Spice works. - Filling out tickets and doing computer based application work. - Based on a Microsoft and Windows platform - Tech experience is a plus but not required. - Degree not required but one/two years of relevant experience or combination of education. *Top Skills Details* Help desk, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Support, Service desk, Technical support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* certifications: A+ contact center experience Schedule flexibility IT Degree *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
