Analyst, Credit Risk
Overview We are seeking a talented and driven Analyst to support the Credit Risk team in proactively identifying, monitoring, and managing individual tenant and industry risk strategies within RMR's commercial real estate portfolios. The Analyst will be responsible for assessing tenant credit risk through financial statement analysis and industry research, as well as conducting primary and secondary economic and financial market research. The analysis and research will support decision-making within the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Development, and other teams. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to support all aspects of RMR's platform. The primary responsibilities of the role are outlined below: Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to portfolio and individual tenant financial statement analysis, as well as industry risk assessments, to identify key strengths and weaknesses to support leasing and investment decision-making.
