Senior Analyst

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies LLC is hiring for a Senior Analyst role. The United States (U.S.) Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is a large, complex organization that includes 11 operating divisions (OpDivs) and multiple staff divisions (StaffDivs) that administer a wide variety of health and human services and research, protecting and serving all Americans. Within HHS, the Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) Program Management Office (PMO), within the Program Support Center (PSC), Intake, Suitability, and Badging Services (ISBS), is responsible for ensuring implementation and support of HSPD-12 mandatory standards for secure and reliable identification of all federal employees and contractors to access HHS federally controlled facilities and networks. HHS crated the Identity and Access Management Program (IAM@HHS) which has established enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services that provides ICAM capabilities across HSS. PSC requires expert support in documenting and coordinating the solicitation and evaluation process for the IAM@HHS infrastructure solicitations related to IC+AM contract actions. This includes but is not limited to IAM@HHS Systems Integration Support (SiS) contract recompete efforts.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews, develop agendas, and facilitate group meetings to help the client define the problem, map an approach, and achieve objectives.
• Enable focused decision making by facilitating group briefings and discussions.
• Create and conduct customized training to customers meeting stated objectives.
• Develop surveys, conduct interviews, and analyze results for decision making.
• Support business requirements definition, verification and validation documentation, and implementation of project tasks and initiatives.
• Support policy and regulation development assistance.
• Develop feasibility and cost-benefit studies, lifecycle analysis, briefings and presentations, report writing, and post implementation evaluations.
• Support studies, analyses, scenarios, facilitated discussions and reports relating to an agency's mission-oriented business programs or initiatives.
• Provide functional expertise in recommending solutions for complex enterprise business problems.
• Provide policy and regulation development assistance.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience supporting federal clients in developing and applying structured methodologies and processes.
• Knowledgeable on federal security mandates and ICAM.
• Working knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant subject area.

  
  
• 5+ years professional experience.
