Job Summary: The Tax Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, managing and driving process improvements and automation of tax processes, and providing strategic tax guidance to support the company's financial objectives. The role leads a team of tax unit managers and other professionals providing the team with direction and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and reporting. The Tax Accounting Manager develops and implements tax strategies aligned with the company's financial goals and analyzes tax implications of business decisions, identifies tax-saving opportunities, and provides recommendations to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining compliance.
