Work Schedule 10-20 hours per week. Work schedules are directly related to the event's needs.
Other Work/Responsibilities
Minimum Experience/Education
Department Required Skills
* Greet clients and serve as main point of contact for the duration of the event
* Assist clients in making any changes to the event setup.
* Troubleshoot and report issues in a timely manner
* Provide a superior level of customer service
* Use problem-solving skills to provide event adjustments for clients in a fast-paced setting
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Production Manager
* Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
* Attend and actively participate in mandatory staff meetings

Understand audiovisual equipment:
Soundboards and light boards
Handheld microphones and lapel microphones
Laptops
Speakers & speaker stands
Projectors and LCD screen
Portable lights & stage lights
Required License or Certification
