Job Title : Fabrication Lead

Salary : $18.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift : 1 st Shift

Summar y : As a Fabrication Lead, you are responsible for leading a team of fabricators and technicians through the production, assembly and finishing of fabricated compounds or products. This roles is a combination of hand-on technical expertise and leadership duties .

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, train and mentor a team of fabricators
Schedule and coordinate workloads ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
Perform or guide fabrication activities based off of blueprints, schematics or technical drawings
Inspect finished products / components for accuracy, durability and compliance with design specifications
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot fabrication machinery and tools

Qualifications / Requirements:

3-5 years Fabrication experience
Solid knowledge of fabrication and welding techniques (CNC Machining, cutting, bending, welding)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings or CAD designs
Solid computer skills and ability to read basic measurement instruments
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
Solid work history, good work ethic and excellent attendance
